Post Placement reports are unfortunately often neglected by parents. IFI cannot stress enough the importance of post placements. These follow up reports are required by the foreign countries to see the progress your child has made in the US and in your home. If families stall in sending post placement reports it could adversely affect the adoption conditions between the United States and the country the adopted child is from.
